Flowery Fall wreath

This is probably my favorite wreath so far! Super easy and beautiful to brighten up your home. This one is actually one I did for my friend, but I will be making one for myself soon! I love the color combination, and the fact that any color combination would look awesome! Ok, Im in class right now so I cant spend too much time talking, but here are the materials used:

Vintage looking apron skirts!

So my momma always insisted that I learn how to sew and I am so grateful that she taught me. You can make almost anything with that powerful little sewing machine. I made these cute little apron skirts that make you feel extra girly! Can't wait to make other color combinations

Pine cone wreath

I made this wreath out of pine cones that I got when we went to Sequoia National Park this past Veterens weekend. I didn't have enough though, so I went to good ol Michaels and picked up two bags of pine cones plus two bags of smaller pine cones which were perfect for the fillers. I also bought gold spray paint but it wasn't enough, that's why you see here half of the wreath has gold glitter cones and the others are plain. Im planing to finish painting it tomorrow because I just got more spray paint. My boyfriend is telling me to leave it the way it is. He says it makes it add dimension by having the different shades. I'm not sure if I should or not. If I do add the gold, I'll post another picture. But here is the semi-finished / finished wreath. I actually am really proud of this one. It took me a while to finish, I got burned by the hot glue gun a couple of times, and the pine cones cut me, but all in all it was worth it :)

Christmas Ornament Wreath

Has this become my new hobby? I think so! I just made another holiday wreath! I can't help it, I love the holidays!! Okay so this one was also super easy! I spent about $7 dollars at Target getting the ornaments balls and that's it! I already had a wire hanger. By the way, I saw Target had similar ones that cost $20 dollars. Yup that's right, I saved myself $13 dollars and plus I get the satisfaction of knowing I made it myself. :) Double win!

Super simple Fall wreath

Easiest wreath I have ever made. Took me less than 10 min to make with my old orange ribbon I used for my halloween wreath in October. Secured it with hot glue and made a small bow from my left over burlap and wa-la! I think it's cute :)

Burlap holiday wreath

Since I just finished my Fall semester at school last week, I finally had time to do some holiday DIY. I decided to do a holiday wreath ( I know we are still in November!) I had some burlap I had bought at Wal Mart the other day and red ribbon I got at Joanne's. So this is my first attempt at a burlap wreath using a wire wreath. It was fairly easy to wrap the burlap through the wore. I used floral wire to secure the ends. Then I just went over it with my red ribbon and I made a bow to add the extra touch. I'm not too sure how I feel about, but here it is.

Here it is hanging on my door. I don't like the color of my door( it's a light wood color, almost looks orange :/) I feel if I had a darker wooden color door it would look much better. But this door will do for now.
